Return Policy

At ELLE TENAJ, we understand that sometimes an item may not be what you were expecting. That's why we have a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@elletenaj.com. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@elletenaj.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you would like an exchange, please let us know and we can check our inventory for availability.

Please note that we do not provide refunds back to your original payment, instead we offer store credit for approved returns. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not.
