Refunds/Store Credit: We want you to love your purchase! If you're not entirely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the shipment date. There's a $9.99 processing fee to cover return shipping costs and related expenses. Your refund, after deducting the processing fee, will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Ensure returns are postmarked within the specified 30-day window.
  • Returns beyond the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and the items will be donated.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible for a return, all items must be in resalable condition. Please ensure that all items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear, stains, odor, perfume, animal hair, or damage).
  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Please return items in their original packaging, preferably in the clear poly bag, to ensure they are protected during transit. If items are not returned in the clear poly bag and are damaged upon inspection, they will be ineligible for return.


Due to hygienic reasons, jewelry, hosiery, and accessories like hats, belts, scarves, bodysuits, etc., cannot be returned. Additionally, all jewelry and accessories are considered final sale, with no exceptions. Items marked "Final Sale" in the description, product title, or product pages are not eligible for return. All sale items and items discounted 30% or more are also final sale, with no exchanges or returns.

ALLERGY-AWARE POLICY: Quality is paramount at ELLE TENAJ. To ensure the best condition of our items, please exercise caution with makeup, deodorant, and strong fragrances, as they can affect an item's condition. Pet owners, we love your furry companions! Please ensure that garments remain pristine when trying them on to maintain their condition.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS: DAMAGES OR DEFECTS: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, contact us within 3 days of receipt. If you return damaged items without previously claiming damage within this timeframe, your return will not be accepted.

SHOP PAY: If you're using ShopPay or any other installment payment service, please note that all orders utilizing these services are subject to ELLE TENAJ's standard return policy. If you return your order and opt for store credit, you will receive a ELLE TENAJ store credit in the form of a gift card. However, please be aware that you are still required to continue paying off your installments for the total purchase amount.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. You will need to contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number to resolve such issues.

GIFT CARDS: E-gift cards can only be used online and do not expire.

DO YOU DO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS? Flash sales, one-day sales, promotional items, and discounted items are not eligible for price adjustments or even exchanges. To receive any new promotional pricing or a different size/color of the same style, you must return the original purchase (if it is returnable and not a final sale item as noted on your receipt), forfeiting any coupons or promotions used on the original purchase. You can then repurchase at the new price.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: Our goal is to process all returns within 7-10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. However, during periods of high order volume, please expect returns to take 14-16 business days to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
